b. the distribution in the PRC of EPSON branded SIDM printers
c. the manufacture in the PRC of business equipment, tax control equipment and other electronic products on EMS/ODM/OEM basis.
The trail of our mother company Kong Yue Holdings Ltd is that
1986 founded as the Master distributor of Brother printers in China
1996 started OEM production for EPSON & Citizen printers
1999 established Kong Yue Industrial Park in JiangMen. The production site was over 600k square meter
2000 started ODM production for Seiko Precision printers & EPSON projectors
2003 started ODM production for Neopost Mail Folder Inserter machines &
OKI printers

The "Jolimark" brand name is well-recognized by businesses across PRC. According to IDC, we are now the largest domestic brand for dot matrix printer and well-known business equipment provider in the country. We sell a wide range of products under the "Jolimark" brand, including dot matrix printers, mini printers, tax control ECRs, DLP projectors and other electronic products.
In 1999, Jolimark ventured for the first time into the design, manufacture and sales of tax control equipment, including tax control ECRs and related printers. Jolimark has successfully built a solid leading position in the tax control equipment market supplying around 25% of all VAT invoice printers in the PRC market. We have set up an extensive sales and service network in the PRC for its tax control equipment and forged excellent relationship with its clients. Jolimark has the most comprehensive tax control product lines covering invoice printers, tax control devices and mini printers. It also possesses the capability in designing and producing the built-in mini printer of tax control ECR. Jolimark was also one of the 28 members appointed to the Tax Control ECR Standards Working Group and is the Vice-Chairman of the Tax Control Association.
